Our Journey
Hebron Center marked our foundation. One of the largest commercial complexes in southern Palestine, spanning over 110,000 sqm.
2025 ICON Mall Ramallah opens its doors. The largest commercial complex in Palestine, covering more than 80,000 sqm and over 200 retail stores.
2026 ICON Mall Nablus begins development. A landmark expansion, set to double the scale of Ramallah and introduce a fully integrated hotel, creating a complete destination for retail, hospitality, and entertainment.
Alongside this growth, ICON Water Park takes shape in Jericho, set to become the largest water entertainment destination in the region. A premium residential development of 13 villas is also delivered within an integrated compound, currently in its sales phase
