Icon Mall Management is an independent operating and management entity responsible for the full day-to-day operations of Icon Mall, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality performance across all services.
The management structure consists of 14 administrative staff members who oversee and coordinate all operational departments within the mall. In addition, the operation relies on a workforce of approximately 300 employees working across security and cleaning services, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for visitors and tenants.
